Very good
Great location. Needs some renovations
Liked: Location is perfect as it has a metro station just 2 min walk and central train station is around 10 min walk. Major monuments like Fontana di trevi, pantheon, etc can be walked in around 20 min also. it had also working AC
Disliked: The elevator is really small. Rooms need some renovation.
Liked: The staff was lovely, the neighborhood was very good. I didn’t try the breakfast but it looked nice.
Disliked: I had no towels in my room, and the shower only had only two temperatures: boiling hot and ice cold and no in between.
Disappointing experience — poor service and no hot water
Liked: I loved the location
Disliked: Due to a flight delay, we arrived at the hotel early the following morning, even though we had booked and paid for two nights. At first, everything seemed more or less acceptable. Well, as acceptable as it could be considering the terrible breakfast, with an extremely limited selection of food. Even basic items like eggs were in short supply, and the following morning we couldn't find any at all. The forks were dirty, and the staff were unfriendly and clearly irritated. But I digress. Let's get to the main issue. At around 10 a.m., we discovered that there was no hot water in our room. I immediately reported this to reception, but absolutely nothing was done about it. We stayed in the room until 2 p.m., and the hot water never came back. Keep in mind that we had already lost almost an entire night of our two-night stay due to the flight delay. And during the limited time we actually spent at the hotel, we couldn't even enjoy such a basic necessity as a hot shower. What disappointed me most, however, wasn't just the lack of hot water, but the complete indifference shown by the hotel management. Nobody made any effort to resolve the problem or even offer an alternative solution. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Rome is an absolutely wonderful city, and there are plenty of other hotels where guests are treated with respect and provided with at least a basic level of comfort. Save yourself the disappointment and stay somewhere else.
Perfect for a short break
Liked: Very good location
Liked: Location and the friendly staff.
Disliked: I got me by surprise that it was not a stand-alone hotel, but rather one floor of rooms in a building.
Home far away from home
Liked: The hotel is located just next to the Repubblica metro stop. Location wise it is excellent. You can visit all the major attractions either by foot or by metro. The hotel itself is located on the fourth floor, with an elevator stopping in front if the hotel entrance. Receptionists Victoria and Miriam are very helpful and go out of their way to help the guests in anything. Breakfast was a buffet, fresh bread and pastries, toasts etc. Patrizia from the breakfast section makes amazing hot chocolate and capuccino. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. Air conditioning works perfectly in the rooms, breakfast section and reception.
