Good
Liked: Excellent location, which saved us a lot of time.
Disliked: The room was very dirty. The layer of dust was so thick you could literally draw pictures in it with your finger. The shower walls looked as though they had never been cleaned, and there were bloodstains on the blanket. I showed all of this to the receptionist, who responded with angry speech in Italian. I couldn't understand everything he said, but he certainly wasn't wishing me a nice day. The only things they changed were the towels and bed linen. All the dust and other dirt remained in the room throughout our week-long stay. When I asked them not to clean the room, as I saw no point in it, especially since the safe wasn't working, they raised their voices at me again and insisted that they were required to clean the room every day! At that point, I gave up and decided not to ruin my holiday by dealing with such unpleasant staff. There is not a single iron available in the entire hotel. There is also a €30 fine for washing and drying clothes in the room.
I do not recommend this place
Liked: It’s near the terminal.
Disliked: Difficulties with check-in, the room was small and there was barely any space to move around. Every noise from outside could be heard. The furniture was old, and the sheets were dirty. We found strands of hair on the sheets, as well as stains. Cleanliness was the biggest downside. The pillow and mattress were not comfortable at all. For the amount of money we paid, the accommodation was not worth it.
it was ok
Liked: No breakfast. Location fine.
Disliked: A little bit spartan for me, but ok. No warm water at 6th floor after dark.:)
Liked: Beautiful room, with everything that we needed.
Thank you for accommodating us!
Liked: The staff were really nice and it was clean
Disliked: The tv could have been a smart tv, could have added some shampoo and bodywash
Liked: Great place. Great atmosphere. Great reception. I didn’t feel I was near the Termini area. Great over all.
