Fabulous
Friendly staff, perfect location to all the sites. Room spacious and very clean. Loved it. Would stay there again but b
Liked: Room clean and spacious. Bathroom also spacious. Location perfect. Requested early check in and room was ready when we arrived.
Disliked: The bed whilst spacious, mattress was a bit hard and the pillows were not great at all.
Great stay, would stay again
Liked: Communication very good from start to finish. Initially we were advised of a fault with the air conditioning in our room. We were provided an upgraded room at no cost to us and Giubbonari Suites even waived the City Tax. It was in a great location, central to all the major sites. Within either walking or short cab ride to great restaurants Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Pantheon and more.
Disliked: Nothing, it was excellent
Liked: Amazing location. The room was very spacious and clean.
Disliked: We had a big issue with the AC. It did not work for more than 20 minutes when we got there. It was incredibly hot in the room. We wrote to the hotel and they offered to send someone to repair it. Unfortunately the repair did not hold up and we had to spend another night without AC during a heatwave. We ultimately got another room which was great. The first receptionist was great and very helpful unfortunately the other lady who we spoke with on WhatsApp was very rude to us. Everything else was great we would stay there again.
Clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed and large shower in a great location
Liked: Only the room... Spacious shower and bed... and location was very close to everything within 20-25min walk to all attractions. Over all it was okay for a shot stay for couple if you want a clean spaciour room to sleep and rest.
Disliked: Building! Getting into the building had to go though few different doors to rach the lift, the lift was very small and scary. Only one person and a small luggage would fit in the lift. There was no staff at the reception during our stay we had to communicate though whatsapp. Over all it was okay for a shot stay for couple if you want a clean spaciour room to sleep and rest.
Liked: Location
Disliked: Rooms are a bit dated.
Great location, great staff and very clean! Recommended!
Liked: It’s close to everything and very clean
Disliked: Everything was perfect
