Exceptional
Great hotel - location, staff, property are all exceptional
Liked: The hotel grounds are beautiful, the deck to have drinks on is exceptional, the staff are all wonderful, professional;, and friendly, the location is great.
Disliked: The room was small but not too bad and in Rome, who wants to spend time in the room.
Highly recommended! location and staff
Liked: People were very friendly and accommodating. Location was good. Bed was comfortable. Room was very big for European hotel.
Disliked: Value for the price we paid was not good. We paid about $1000 for two nights. I expected more for that price. Breakfast was just OK. Its not modern in the sense that there's no outlets for U.S. plugs, no USB charging capabilities. While location is good, you have to walk down a long cobblestone street thats under construction. Drivers are oblivious to that fact and blow by you with inches to spare. If price was more reasonable I would have overlooked some things but at $500 a night, my expectations are very high.
A Great choice for Trastevere
Liked: In a quiet location for Trastevere with parking - nice design details and a great and very friendly team - we particularly liked Alessio who was very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Nothing to actively dislike
Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Staff was kind, professional, and helpful. Botanical garden next door. Comfortable, quiet, and spacious room.
Disliked: Pricey.
Great location, overall great stay
Liked: Great location! Very walkable. The staff are very nice.
Disliked: Room could be a bit more clean
