Good
Doesn’t worth the amount payed
Liked: The location and staff were great
Disliked: The rooms are very noisy. We could hear anyone who passes in the hall. The water in the shower are not hot enough. We asked to change room as we got a very very small one with smaller closet than the pictures. The staff did help us move a room that was better but still tiny closet and noisy room.
Liked: Clean room with comfortable mattresses. Excellent location. Everybody was extremely polite and helpful.
Excellent Location, Friendly Staff, but Terrible Internet Connection
Liked: The location was excellent and probably the best part of our stay. There were plenty of major brands like Zara, H&M, Adidas, Starbucks, and McDonald's nearby, along with lots of local restaurants. The Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Rinascente Rome were all within easy walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the city and return to the hotel whenever we wanted. The hotel had an elevator, although it was probably the smallest elevator I've ever seen in my life! It could barely fit two people. However, since I'd heard that many hotels in Rome don't have elevators, I was still grateful to have one. We usually had one person take the elevator with our luggage while the other used the stairs. At least we didn't have to carry heavy suitcases up and down the stairs! Most of the staff were friendly and genuinely tried to help whenever we needed something. Although they couldn't resolve the Wi-Fi issues due to technical problems, they apologized and were helpful with everything else. The room also had air conditioning, which was useful for keeping the humidity under control.
Disliked: The biggest disappointment was the terrible internet connection. Not only was the hotel Wi-Fi extremely unreliable, but my own mobile data barely worked inside the room either. I couldn't even scroll through Instagram properly, short-form videos wouldn't load, and Google Maps was often unusable. It was incredibly frustrating to have such poor connectivity throughout our stay. There were charging outlets near the bed, but they didn't seem to work at all. We ended up using a power strip on the dressing table to charge all our devices in one place. The room looked quite similar to the photos, but it felt noticeably smaller in person. With two people staying in the room, it was a little cramped.
A great hotel if you'd like to stay central during your trip to Rome
Liked: The location was great! Right by the Spanish Steps and lots of great restaurants, and very central if you like to walk everywhere! The breakfast was good. It varied a lot from day to day, so that's something to keep in mind if you're particular about your food.
Disliked: The pictures of the hotel don't include pictures of the annex where you could also be placed during your stay. It would have been nice to know where we were going, because we'd assumed that it would look like the pictures.
Wonderful
Liked: Very clean and comfy room, the location is perfect most of the attraction’s within 5-15 min walking distance, the Staff was super nice and friendly.
Disliked: The AC system was making noise sounds
Liked: location
Disliked: small rooms but if u get a balcony rooms it’s ok
