Very good
Liked: We had a wonderful stay\! The room was very clean, spacious and newly decorated, with an excellent shower and bathroom. Breakfast was included and was very good too. There is also a lovely rooftop garden with beautiful views of the Vatican, which was a real bonus\! The staff were very friendly and helpful, recommending some fantastic places to eat just around the corner, where we enjoyed delicious, authentic Roman food. 😋 I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and would happily stay here again\!

Good location, very on the more expensive side and think rooms need looking at with regards to mirror and shelves
Liked: Good location, room was large and very clean.
Disliked: Bed was 2 beds together was extremely noisy on one side when you moved in the bed. Room has no shelves especially in the bathroom to put wash bag etc. No mirror on the room to go make up etc. Breakfast was also hot and miss items not filled up. Also the lady in the restaurant was extremely rude and I would say unapproachable. I’d you needed something.
Liked: The only positive thing about this hotel was its location.
Disliked: The breakfast was very basic, with hardly any variety. To make matters worse, I even found a hair in my food! The first room we were given was absolutely filthy. It honestly looked as if construction workers had just left the room minutes before we arrived. We were then moved to a second room, but things only got worse. The air conditioning was leaking so badly that the entire floor became wet, and water even dripped into my suitcase and onto my belongings. Since the hotel was fully booked, they couldn’t offer us another room. This meant we couldn’t use the air conditioning at all — in the middle of August! Otherwise, our room would have been flooded. The situation was so unbearable that we decided to leave the hotel one day earlier than planned. We were promised a refund for the unused night, but despite this promise, we have never received our money back. The way the hotel staff handled the entire situation was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. There was no proper solution, no compensation, and no real effort to make things right. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The location is simply not worth all these problems. I would absolutely NOT recommend staying here!
