Exceptional
Great location close to the coliseum
Liked: The location was amazing. Just steps away from the Coliseum and the forum. There is a small supermarket next door. The beds were comfortable and rooms were cleaned every day. The hotel has a small lift which saved us from carrying our luggage up the stairs.
Disliked: We had a slight issue with hot water for our shower. Two of our three nights we had to get someone to look at it, which was an inconvenience, especially after a long full day of exploring the city. However, the staff were a great help and even came back to the hotel to fix the water issue late at night.
Liked: A perfect location that is quiet and has everything. Very comfortable soft beds with the best staff! Early breakfasts with a nice assortment of hot, savoury and sweet items. Close the metro and tourist hot spots - walking distance. Grab a take away spritz from the bar and head out for a stroll!
A perfect choice for Rome!
Liked: This is a great choice to stay in the center of all that is Rome. I enjoyed walking over to the Colosseum area each evening after dinner. Great staff that are helpful and welcoming, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.
Okay stay for two nights
Liked: Excellent staff helpful and polite English good speaking
Disliked: The twin beds put together not comfortable. Thickness of the mattress too thin. The AC did not work well. Room hot a night to sleep
Great hotel with good facilities and friendly helpful staff
Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean, good communication beforehand to confirm arrival times etc.
Excellent place overall
Liked: Room had lots of light! Full length mirror.
Disliked: The cleaning products had “fragrance” in them. Added chemical fragrances are toxic and all cleaning products should be fragrance- free. And the mattress was not very comfortable.
