A Beautiful hidden gem
Liked: Property was great! Easy to find and so very close to Spanish steps, shops and trevi fountain within walking distance. Property was clean and very decorative. Our upgrade was very appreciated!! Thank you!. Staff were very nice and welcoming especially the two ladies on the reception desk! They were always friendly and chatted away and gave us ideas of where to go. The breakfast was great and so were the breakfast staff. The hotel was perfect and very quiet, we will definitely stay here again on our next return!!.

Disliked: Tuvimos un problema importante con una recepcionista. Lamentablemente se notó su juventud y falta de experiencia para manejar un problema en particular que tuvimos. Fue poco empática, irónica y no supo abordar la situación.
