This is the fourth time we have stayed here, and would not stay anywhere else. The staff is amazing

Liked: Our room was comfortable and roomy, it was very quiet.

Disliked: The only thing negative I can say is that we would have loved a room where we could have seen down on the street, but that's just trivial.

Liked: The staff was extremely hospitable. The breakfast was rich and satisfactory.

Disliked: The sink in the room did not evacuate properly. There was no kettle or tea cup in the room.

Great location! Friendly staff! Clean and spacious rooms!

Liked: The location was perfect! Plenty of restaurants and sightseeing! The rooms were very roomy, comfortable and clean! We had a beautiful and large balcony- absolutely gorgeous! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Some of the rooms are not walk-in showers. My dad fell in the shower that had the tub- so he had a black eye and bruises for the week. But besides that, everything was amazing!

  Excellent hotel

Liked: Spotlessly clean hotel. Easy to reach using SIT bus from airport. Handy restaurants on Borgo Pio. We enjoyed walking into Rome. Also walkable along the river to Trastevere
