  Great location. Comfortable room. Helpful staff

  Liked: Great location. Close to the hop on hop off bus stop. Close to the city centre and Trevi Fountain. Easy walk to the Vatican and St Peter’s. Quiet street with no crowd or traffic noise. Comfortable room with good bed and shower.

  Disliked: There is no accessibility in this hotel. If you have mobility issues you will need other accommodation.

  Liked: I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Diplomatic. The location was excellent, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. A special thanks to Aldo for his kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. He was always friendly, attentive, and willing to help, making my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated his hospitality!

  Great place if you are looking for a decent location with no frills

  Liked: Great location right on the bus line for easy transportation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The balcony was nice and had a nice view of the sunrise. The room was spacious enough.

  Disliked: The floor was very beat up and damaged and needs replacing. The shower has no curtain or water shield so the water sprays all over the bathroom when you shower. The staff was very helpful with the exception of the check out person that scheduled the only taxi driver we had that refused to take a card which made travel difficult since we were headed to the airport and did not have cash. They obviously had a previous agreement
