Fabulous
We had a great stay and really enjoyed our time here!
Liked: We really enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this accommodation!
Disliked: The female staff member with short hair serving breakfast was arrogant and rude towards guests. She constantly watched our every move, making us feel uncomfortable and unable to relax. Her attitude created a very unpleasant atmosphere during breakfast.

Liked: The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has savory and sweet options, as well as fruits
Disliked: Although the hotel has a nice historic building, I think it could be modernized and refurbished. In my opinion it is not a four-star hotel any longer.

Disliked: The noise from the other rooms you can Hear every move
Wonderful stay in Historical Elegance
Liked: Leonardo and the staff were great. They were always very helpful in recommendations. Breakfast was very good with many options.
Disliked: The shower tub was very narrow and made showering unstable. Also it would be nice to have a way to warm- up the cold pancakes for breakfast.
Will never book there again!
Liked: Not much to like. The bathroom shower is tiny and bathrooms are old. Breakfast is terrible. Limited options. Stale bread. Entrance was not so clean everyday. Very expensive and definitely not a 4 Star hotel. At best should be a 3 Star.
Disliked: See above Not a 4 star At best a 3 Star Only Christine at breakfast was sweet and accommodating. Had to ask twice for extra pillows. Bedding was not cleaned once in our 4 nights. Dirty entrance every day. Breakfast was terrible with limited options and stale bread. Had to ask to be helped with luggage and even then it seemed a chore for the staff.
