Liked: Front staff not nice on the evening, poor welcome, veeycself important esp the "manager" guy...to then be given a wrong keycard that led me to walk into strangers bedroom totally sloppy, and potentially very messy and provocative...no offer of refund but will be addressing or proper apology

Disliked: For that price I expected a better hotel. The floor was smelling like sewer all the time.
The windows were not sound proof, the noise from the road was clearly audible in the night

Disliked: The daily consumables like coffee, tea and sugar was not provided. I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, and only at the check in time the sachets were provided.
