Guest reviews
Good
Liked: Quiet, comfortable, and amazing location
Disliked: It's confusing after hours as the close the front entrance and I could not figure it out for a bit.
Liked: Nothing
Liked: Great location, safe neighborhood
Disliked: - rooms needs renovation overall, chipped paint and dirty walls. Room was not well isolated towards the adjacent rooms (you can hear other guests talking easily, in contrast, window was well isolated). This was supposedly one of the quiet rooms they had. - one bedside outlet was old and loose, only sometimes working, and dangerous to use because of electric sparks while using - bathroom was small and needs renovation, smelled like excrements from the pipes, especially every single time AFTER flushing the toilet it got even worse - shower is very small for a standard person hardly able to turn around. - mold at the bathroom ceiling, health hazard - shower is partly broken with edges sticking out, easily to cut oneself - cockroach/insect found in room - room side door handle was missing so room couldnt be locked from inside
Liked: Close the trevi fountain and many other good locations
Disliked: Noise and sounds from next rooms. Not so clean and quiet small rooms.
Liked: Quiet neighborhood. Good eating options nearby.
One night was long enough
Liked: Location excellent.
Disliked: Entrance to palazzo is fine but it’s all downhill from that point. Very sad looking lobby and room. Don’t be deceived by website. Man at front desk looked just as sad and could care less about anything. Not even a greeting. Understand this is a budget hotel but still. I’m in Rome 3 times a year and have stayed in many hotels before my flight back to states and this is definitely not up on list.
