Guest reviews
Good
Liked: The location is amazing, very easy to get to any part of the city and close to the subway. The staff attending during breakfast was very friendly and professional.
Disliked: The room was pretty small and the bed was ok but not a sommier and needs to be updated. The water in the shower was not super warm and not good water pressure. The breakfast could be better. The pancakes are cold, there are no toasts and the scrambled eggs are not well made. A simple twist in that could make a huge difference. The front desk staff could be more friendly
So unworthy and wouldn’t recommend at all
Liked: Just the location
Disliked: Rooms too small and highly overpriced for such old small rooms without the basics
Would be an excellent hotel if rooms were upgraded. Hopefully they would get to them soon
Liked: Hotel is very central, about 2 minutes walk from Piazza di Spagna. Reception is small but very quick and helpful.
Disliked: Rooms need to be upgraded. Bath in bathroom needs to be changed, it’s in a terrible state.
Liked: Central for sightseeing

Location was perfect, staff were very friendly and helpful
Liked: Our room was spacious and the location was perfect!
Disliked: Breakfast buffet was a little small and not a lot to choose from.
