Good
Liked: PLroximity
Disliked: 2nd br too small
Liked: location was excellent. trevi and spenish steps were 3-4 minutes walking
Disliked: breakfast was a bit poor
Liked: Excellent location!! Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast were so nice. The location is excellent.
Disliked: The TV service wasn't the best and only English channels were news.
Lovely Room, but Access Was Tricky
Liked: The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, with plenty of restaurants, bus stops, and a metro station nearby! 🇮🇹 The room was very spacious and clean, with beautiful views of the Roman streets - we even spotted a rainbow after the rain! 🌈 Bathroom essentials were provided, and the 24/7 reception was convenient. Special thanks to the receptionist for thoughtfully offering complimentary breakfast for my husband’s birthday, although we couldn’t enjoy it due to our early plans. ❤️
Disliked: Reaching our room was inconvenient, as we had to change between two small vintage lifts and navigate several flights of stairs. Having to leave our room key at reception every time we went out was unusual, and although the air conditioning worked fine throughout our stay, it unexpectedly stopped working late on our last night. The shower area was quite small, and the hairdryer was basic but sufficient. There was no kettle or coffee machine, although this wasn’t an issue for us.
Liked: Perfect location and friendly staff
A great little hotel and would love come back to this location - well done
Liked: 1. location central to the sites 2facilities were modern and clean 3food was fresh and tasty 4 our room had a balcony and lovely to sit and enjoy a hot drink and the air and weather just beautiful
Disliked: 1 maybe put some instructions how to use the new shower recess taps - very complicated to use
