Exceptional
Excellent start to our Italy honeymoon!
Liked: Loved the friendly and helpful staff. The room was small but spotless clean and excellent room attendance in morning and turndown. Rooftop restaurant was lovely, and very convenient. The location was perfect, very central. Easy walking nearly anywhere.
Disliked: The gym did not offer much, though we were not there to work out given how much walking we'd be doing. The room was also very small, and considering they knew this was our honeymoon, we were hoping for an upgrade.

Liked: Everything was absolutely wonderful. The location, the design, the service at the front desk and throughout our stay was excellent. We had a really pleasant experience overall.
Disliked: The breakfast selection was quite limited — there was no porridge, no pancakes, and overall a very small variety of food and products. The waitresses at breakfast were very sweet and pleasant, but they didn’t come to our table to ask if we’d like tea, coffee, or other drinks.
