Very good
Liked: Location really good, right next to Roma Termini station. Room comfortable and air conditioning worked well.
Disliked: Noises from the hallway were pretty loud, so not well noise cancelled.
This stay was decent and in a convenient location but I would not stay again
Liked: The staff was very friendly and I liked that it was right by the train station as I needed to leave early in the morning to catch a train.
Disliked: I did not like that I booked a hotel room and then when I went to check in, they told me they “upgraded me” to a bigger room that was about a block away in an apartment style building with no staff or receptionist there. I did not feel comfortable with this and pushed back until somehow a hotel room became available in the building…
Liked: Very comfortable, cleaned regularly. Pleasant staff. Good location.
Disliked: Shower cubicle very, very small. Couldnt move in it. Bedroom area needed a mirror. Slightly dated facilities.
Great stay. Breakfast was delicious, room was very clean and comfortable
Liked: Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were welcomed immediately upon arrival.
Disliked: My own fault for not inquiring about excursions. Would have been excellent opportunities to see much more!!
Room ia different from the photos on Booking.com
Liked: Super close to the train station, and the room was relatively clean.
Disliked: The AC was extremely noisy, so we had to turn it off while sleeping—which made it way too hot, especially for October. The actual room looked completely different from the photos on Booking.com. It honestly felt like a joke. The facilities are also quite old. We booked a room for three people, but there were stairs inside the room. This is definitely something to watch out for if you have any mobility issues.
Could be better for this price
Liked: Breakfast was good and the stuff super friendly location is good near the train station
Disliked: Room was too small though I picked the bigger room. But still got the small room. No sound isolation so you will hear people from other rooms. Price too high for what we got.
