Good
Liked: Nice simple breakfast, nice room
Disliked: One of the receptionist (blond haired girl) are not very kind, and acts slightly rude, but the other staff I talked to were very nice. The shower didn't get warm one morning so couldn't take a proper shower, but were okay the other 2 days.

Liked: The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the does train station. The central train station where you have shipping malls. You have restaurants and you have. You can walk around and and shop. The breakfast was acceptable.
Disliked: Everything is old in the hotel. The room, the bathroom, the equipment. The bed was not comfortable at all. I had to put some pillow on the bed and sleep on it. Because my back was hurting. The mattress was not good. I had to change room twice because the AC was not working. It was terrible
Liked: The staff were friendly, the location was great, and the air conditioning was wonderful.

Liked: Amazing stay. We had a basic room, it was clean with a comfy bed and pillows. The bathroom was decent and clean, and the air-con worked great. They are all the things you need as you are out exploring all day! The room was silent and we felt very safe here. Location is great - 10 mins from Roma Termini station and near to some of the major sites., Next to a lovely park. There is a small shop underneath for water etc at night, snd a cafe underneath for cappuccino and croissant in the morning if you choose not to have breakfast here (which is available. We ate on the go as we had so much to try and see!) The staff were all very lovely and helpful. Cannot recommend enough. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for helping us make unforgettable memories. xx
