Fabulous
Liked: Breakfast - good and big choice Employees are nice Good location and quiet place

Short 3 night stay
Liked: Room was a little small, but comfortable and very clean, shampoo and body wash was supplied, got new towels each day. Breakfast was good, lots of selection. Staff was super friendly. Location was key for us. 10 min walk to the Vatican and to the nearest Metro. There were lots of restaurants within minutes. And a couple of convenient stores as well.
Liked: Breakfast and location were great.
Disliked: The size of the room was very small for 3 adults. Basically the room was smal and dirty with sweaty pillows on the beds. I had to put the towels over the pillows to block the smell.
Liked: Friendly staff, nice quiet spot not too far to walk, clean and cosy accommodation.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike
Liked: Firstly, the staff at the hotel were excellent. On the night we arrived, we were given many suggestions on where to go, how to get around amongst many other things. Each time we came back to the hotel, we felt more than welcomed and were given more suggestions on what to do when we mentioned our plans for the next day. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in an excellent location with plenty to see within minutes walk from the hotel itself. There are shops, transport hubs, and restaurants nearby. The top floor was lovely with a great view of St Peter's Basilica and was also very quiet. The breakfast was good and the wait staff excellent.

Liked: What we loved most was the amazing staff and convenient location! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially with arranging our transportation. Being just a short walk from the Vatican was a huge plus. The hotel was clean, the restaurant downstairs was delicious, and having individual beds for all five of us made our stay even better!
