Exceptional
Awesome location comfortable stay diff will go back
Liked: Awesome location
Disliked: The elevator wasn’t working properly
First Night in Rome!
Liked: Super small room, but perfect for just me. It was clean and had everything I needed. Staff was very nice and helpful. Let me keep my luggage there the next morning after checking out so I could do my tour of the Colosseum without worry. Very good location. I had an easy time exploring by foot.
We would stay here again – the father at the front desk and his daughter who helped us with an issue with a taxi driver
Liked: The hotel itself was charming. The staff, however, were what made the stay so incredibly enjoyable. A family owned property, this is something they take so much pride in and work very hard to make their guests feel at home. It works.
Disliked: Like many many European boutique hotels, this hotel is small, has a very small elevator, very narrow stairways, and the room is not huge. But that's pretty much what you get all over Europe unless you're staying at one of the giant chains. To me, this is actually charming as long as the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is attentive and kind. They checked the boxes on both counts.
Marialla was so kind and helpful.good location easy access for everything
Liked: staff and location are unbeatable
Disliked: bathroom a little small

Liked: The location was excellent, around restaurants and shopping.
