Fabulous
A wonderful, comfortable stay with excellent service and thoughtful little details that made all the difference
Liked: Room 105. Great accommodation, clean room, comfortable bed, and very friendly staff. I really appreciated the little extras, like the toothbrushes and razor, very close to a metro station. Highly recommended!

Disliked: The room was damp. Our clothes kept feeling wet and we didn’t realise why until the last day when we saw condensation on the window. The location was not ideal it was quite a walk to the centre and the metro line outside the hotel didn’t take us to the centre

Disliked: 7am breakfast is late for people traveling for tours. Website states 6:30am.
Liked: Excellent location. Superb room facilities with added touches we didn't expect. Excellent staff.

Liked: The rooms were very clean.
Disliked: The staff was not very friendly. The breakfast started at 7:00 am and we went down at 7:00 and it was packed. They must of opened early for a tour group. The breakfast was not very good. Not much of a selection and quality was poor. The beds were hard as a rock. It was sleeping on box springs.
Overall, we had a lovely stay
Liked: The breakfast buffet had a good selection. The bedroom was very nice, with everything we needed.The location was good, close to the metro and just a about 10-minute walk from the hop-on, hop-off bus stop.
Disliked: Each morning, there were not enough cups and glasses available for coffee/tea so we had to use paper cups. the orange juice was very watery on the third morning,compared to the previous mornings. Need to improve.
