Extremely overpriced!
Liked: The only good thing was champagne for the breakfast:)
Disliked: The hotel is nowhere near as good as it looks in the photos. The pictures are misleading and do not reflect reality. The room was small, and the so-called underground swimming pool turned out to be part of a spa centre. It wasn't a swimming pool at all, but a jacuzzi where children are not allowed. This was a huge disappointment, as we chose this hotel specifically because of the indoor swimming pool! On top of that, you have to pay extra to use it. The breakfast was very poor, with exactly the same food served every single day (and not always fresh..). After seven nights, I couldn't even look at the same selection of food anymore. As for housekeeping, the only things they did were make the bed and change the towels. Nobody ever dusted the room or cleaned the floor. By the end of our seven-night stay, there were piles of dust everywhere. And, to top it all off, you also have to pay a city tax when you check out! Honestly, I wouldn't mind paying a maximum of €800 for a hotel like this, but €1,600 for two people is absolutely ridiculous. It is nowhere near worth the price.

Liked: Staff were excellent can't fault reception,restaurant or cleaner Room was quirky on 2 floors and bed was lovely and big and unbelievable comfortable Hotel well placed for Metro Pool area is a lovely sun trap
Disliked: Lighting in Room was a bit dark in places and we were at end of corridor room 408 needs a light nearer room TV had no English channels Hot tub was lovely no coffee making facilities in room
