Liked: The location was great, the staff was amazing
Liked: I like the lady that was at the reception desk, and the location. The other staff were ok but not something that you expect from a receptionist.
Disliked: Very small room, very expensive (210€ per night), no information about breakfast when I book, no water, very small lobby for waiting....

Disliked: It was just 1 big open space and thought it was a better room when we originally booked but could have been my own fault for not noticing

Disliked: Room A/c was not working. They need a new bedsheets for each room. Elevator doesnt work for big luggages. And hallways have clean bedsheets on thr floor and matress scattered around outside rooms.
Liked: The location of the hotel is fantastic in between Termini and Cavour metro station. The staff at the reception was great throughout the stay.
