Fabulous
We came for a our city break and really enjoyed it. We got upgraded room which was great
Liked: breakfast room is a bit tiny, so you need to schedule the time, but overall it was great. the hotel is not a large one, but staff is very helpful, friendly and the location is fantastic
Loveliest week ever, when can I go back
Liked: Room was large entering from quaint courtyard. Breakfast was continental with hot options available, but there was loads. Really close to the Vatican so you got to see the Basillica of St Peter every morning and evening. Staff were just the loveliest people, always there with help. Impeccable English but will help you learn Italian especially if you’re willing to try. The staff also showed you places that weren’t the big tourist sites which meant we got to see loads and most of it free. The Metro is well worth a try, just don’t run to catch a train, it’s better taking it easy.
Disliked: The only thing I would add at the hotel would be milk available for the coffee/tea in the room. In Rome itself, the pushy sellers in St Peter’s square were a nuisance but the hotel staff warned us about them and pick pockets and how to stay safe.
Liked: The location is very good - close to public transportation and walking distance to places of local interest. The staff is really great - welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: The price is high in comparison to the value. The room was clean and stylish but the shower a little moldy, needs re-caulking. Breakfast is not included in the price. Honestly, we probably won't stay there again.

Very good hotel, we’d go again
Liked: Breakfast was exceptional. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy and air conditioning worked well. The welcome drink in their sister hospital is well worth having- you go over there sometime in your stay. Very easy from Rome Campiano airport, bus 520, then tube (one line to hotel) and it cost €1.50 each.
Disliked: We did see pickpockets in Rome, it’s not a myth, so watch out. There was nothing wrong with the hotel.
Liked: Highly recomend this hotel. Staff wonderful rooms a very pleasent surprise. Breakfast was amazing! 7 min walk to vatican. Wonderful restaurants surround you.
