Exceptional
Simona is the best
Liked: It is very clean. The location is amazing. The bed is extremely comfortable. Good space in the room. Great air conditioning. But the best of the hotel is Simona! She’s amazing.
Overall good but bit pricy for a day
Liked: Clean & comfortable
Disliked: Ac in room
Gorgeous boutique hotel in a great location
Liked: Fantastic location, lovely room, nice facilities
Disliked: The flooring in the room was incredibly slippery, and caution is required
RUN
Liked: The location
Disliked: The bathroom door does not close the toilet seat is broken We would set the ac to 21 but would go up to 26 degrees celcius because they leave the curtain open after house keeping we realize this after coming back They forgot to leave us towels, we realized this after taking a shower so stayed in the bathroom till they got us one after calling 3 times asking for them There was one elevator and it broke down the second day up to check out day 4 days later,, and we were on the 4th floor,, One day we chose not to clean the room so we put the do not disturb sign and left for lunch when we came back it seemed they did enter and the room was cleaned, yet all our belongings were on the bed walking down the stairs the elevator cables looked damaged and ripped which was so scary!
I dont recomend this hotel
Liked: Only location
Disliked: The elevator was not working and our room in the fifth floor + the water pump presure sound in our room was horible it works every 15 min it wakes me up if im sleep like heart attac,, also we ask for cooking class they book us one expensive and no one in the class and not that much as a class for the price
Liked: Great and clean stay
Disliked: On the second night there was no hot water in the shower. It took few hours to fix. The room is small.
