Liked: Nos encantó nuestra estancia. La habitación estaba muy limpia, moderna, cómoda y bien equipada. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del Coliseo y de otros lugares importantes de Roma. Andrea fue muy amable y atento con nosotros. Descansamos muy bien y nos sentimos muy cómodos. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos totalmente.

Disliked: Very old kitchen and a little dirty, air-conditioning hardly works.

Liked: the room i booked, garden view in the hotel across from the colosseum, was not what i was being offered. you had me placed back my the train station, away from the people i traveled with. Please refund all fees charged to me, as I never checked into your property because the room provided was not the room I had booked. This was an error on your part, and I should not be responsible for any fees associated with the reservation. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
