Exceptional
Liked: Great location and nice staff. Especially the woman who did check in on Sunday:) Room was well accommodated. Bed was comfortable, bathroom modern.
Disliked: Breakfast was quite poor. No fresh bread or croissant, no ham or cheese, vegetable. I would expect better breakfast for such accommodation. And they prepare it immediately behind the room door and woke us up quite early.
Safe, clean, comfortable retreat to look forward to at the end of each day. Great, helpful staff
Liked: Great staff. Very helpful. Great location. Convenient, safe, and clean. Room was nice and quiet for sleeping. We would stay here again.
Disliked: Our room had only one small window but we didn't spend much time there anyhow. Our room was basic, clean, and simply but tastefully decorated. The TV in the room was not a Smart TV which was a bit disappointing as the available viewing options were limited and we found nothing in English language.
Great location and comfortable stay. I recommend
Liked: The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: For people with difficulty climbing stairs, it may be an issue. Neighbouring rooms were noisy in the hallway, but overall the experience at Hub Navona was a pleasant one
Perfect location with super friendly and helpful staff
Liked: Extremely friendly and helpful staff
Liked: Staff was friendly, helpful and willing to assist!
Disliked: No open area to sit really..no lounge to congregate. No lounge bathroom. More like an Airbnb set up.
Liked: Location! Plus friendly staff and comfy room with cold aircon!
Disliked: Little noise at night from restaurants cleaning up
