Very good
Great location, but not very comfortable
Liked: Location is amazing, and host was very helpful
Disliked: Bed was very, very uncomfortable, and in there was a bit smell from bathroom coming.

Liked: air conditioning, cleanliness
Disliked: walk up three (four) flights. A little old style dingy.
Liked: Very clean, central location and absolutely great staff and service.. One more time I have possibility to thank the manager, how she was understanding and helping for some issues I had 🙏
Liked: The location was great, lots of places to eat around and right next to colosseum!
Disliked: The main shower head didn’t work
Liked: Properry is well located and a lot of restaurantes anc cafés nearby, just some minutes walking from the Colosseo.
Disliked: Since I made the reservation I choose late check in, because my flight arrive to Rome at midnight. The day before my arrival I received a message indicating they do not have a late check out, the time for cancelling has already gone, so I wrote to the property contact, and their answer was ok call me when you arrive! I did it and no answer was received. I was just lucky some guys let me enter into the building. After many calls another contact from the property talk to me and says there wasn’t any possibility for check in so I needed to look for another room, this happened at 2 am. Finally she understood that I was already enter to the building and give me a key to enter into the hotel and room. How it is possible you offer a room, accept a late check in the app and don’t have the mechanism to handle a key, there are many key lockers! Or cancel with enough time to look for another hotel! Finally the person who it was supposed to let me in this night answer to me around 3 am!! Terrible service! In the end as an additional detail the room service wasn’t done and every day.
Liked: Everything was good, room was very clean and staff was so helpful.
Disliked: Wifi was not working well.
