Exceptional
A clean modern hotel in a good area
Liked: Breakfast was extensive and extremely reasonably priced. At breakfast on my birthday, the staff brought me a strawberry tart with a candle and sang "Happy Birthday." It was totally unexpected and appreciated. We were upgraded to a larger room. The bed was comfortable. Very close to Termini and good restaurants in the area. It was across the side street to the Opera House.
Disliked: There was a sound of running/burbling water for hours at a time during the night. Since we were only there 2 nights, it wasn't bad enough to move rooms.
Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome

Liked: Great location. Very clean room and lobby. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff
Disliked: We had a leak from the room above. When we approached the staff they offered support and called the service team. The staff suspected the root cause was the air conditioner above the ceiling. When the service team came they told us that the issue is sewage. And we were told to keep the room. Since we left the next morning we didn’t want to make a big issue.

When in Rome....do as we did and stay at the iQ Hotel
Liked: Breakfast buffet was a great compliment to a wonderful stay at iQ Hotel Roma. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we appreciated the rooftop area that includes a great restaurant, alcohol vending machine and a hot tub. The hotel is an easy walk from the train station and provides convenience access to public transportation and is very walkable. We appreciated the hotel assistance with our airport transfer on last night. We look forward to returning to Rome with a new list of places to see and things to do but the one thing certain on our return will be another stay at iQ Hotel Roma.

Liked: Hotel was a excellent location, staff very friendly, great snacks, amazing breakfast and started early too! A beautiful hotel and a great location.
