Exceptional
Lovely location, fell short on comfort levels
Liked: The staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful, free croissants were a lovely touch. Excellent location.
Disliked: The shower head was not good. Felt like half a shower, The mattress was like a rock, 1 plug socket near the bed wasn't great either meant we had to turn the lamp off to charge anything.
It was a wonderful stay!
Liked: Comfortable, unique & great hospitality. Cristina was wonderful. Perfect location. Would recommend without hesitation.
Disliked: Stairs to reach the elevator on the first floor can be challenging if limited mobility.
Very accommodating from arrival to departure
Liked: Properties centrally located. The rooms were large, Modern bathrooms in a historic district. Our family booked 4 rooms we enjoyed walking out of our room giving our good morning greetings in the common area as we grab our freshly baked bag of croissants to enjoy with our Coffee.
Disliked: Lots of stairs to bring your luggage up and down. But the staff does it all for you.
Fantastic location, walkable to most everything, helpful/responsive owner
Liked: The location was adjacent to this beautiful old plaza that intermittently was foot traffic only. Night time brought tons of dining opportunities and there is a pop up market in the am. Walkability to everything was amazing. The room was comfortable and well appointed with plenty of room to spread out your bags and unpack. Even though the plaza and streets were quite active late into the night, the noise did not travel into the room at all. Owner was very helpful in securing us transportation to and from the airport at some very late/early hours and was very responsive to any questions we had.
Disliked: We knew this when we booked, but just for awareness to others, there are quite a few (15-20) steps to get to the first landing where the elevator is located. If you have any mobility issues, this may be a dealbreaker. The front door is very inconspicuous, but if you look at the list of residents, JB Relais is listed. It just looks very apartment residential, so we were a bit turned around at first. Once we knew what we were looking for though, the location was ideal for most everything.
Super nice apartment near Campi dei Fiori
Liked: Beautiful room at walking distance crime everything in Rome! The streets can get noisy at night, but keeping the windows locked and the AC on was blocking enough noise! We really appreciated the croissants they left at our door every morning and the opportunity to get the room cleaned everyday. There were also travel adapters in the room!
Disliked: The floors upstairs are a bit noisy, but nothing too bad!
Location. And everything else you actually want!
Liked: The location can’t be beat, but this spot is more than convenience. They did everything to accommodate us. We loved it Best AC of the whole trip. Whatever the stars and the ratings say… this spot it the absolute best! So comfy. So convenient. All of the little niceties that make it a slam dunk. Loved this spot!!!!
