Exceptional
Liked: Loved our room and loved that the front dest was so willing to help us. We needed restaurant advise and one of the front dest young me I believe his name was Francesco I think... lol I remembered Tony's name. He was wonderful as well getting us a water taxi to our next destination. Everyone was friendly and kind. Thank you for a marvelous stay.

Would highly recommend if you’re for a quiet garden escape within the city
Liked: Quiet oasis, but walking distance to tourist sites.
Great location, was a convent with lovely garden and great service
Liked: It was located adjacent to forum, nearby attractions and restaurants. It had lovely gardens and very attentive and friendly staff. Excellent food in the restaurant and a wide choice at breakfast
Disliked: Air conditioning was controlled at reception and was too cold. We requested an ironing board and iron but was never delivered. Bathroom had a glass door which meant the light at night lit up room.

Liked: The breakfast each morning was excellent. Dinner was also excellent and we particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden dining. The hotel was clean and everything we needed was provided. Loved the expresso machine in our room. Service was also excellent.
Liked: The location was magnificent! And the authentic mannequins in classic Roman period costumes in the hallway were a wonderful idea – very educational for the kids. The staff was wonderful. The ventilation and air conditioning worked perfectly and were a real relief in the heat. The garden was very nice - very cute for the centre of Rome.
Disliked: The restaurant was not something outstanding - just good enough.
The over all service at the hotel was outstanding
Liked: So we were at the airport for 3 hours because they lost 2 of our luggage. We were supposed to have a private car take us to the hotel and they left us at the airport. We had to take a taxi. We were very disappointed.
