Exceptional
Liked: Everything necessary was in the apartment in the kitchen, baths, etc. Quick check-in. It was comfortable to sleep: beds, silence, dark curtains. A large balcony with a table.
Disliked: The apartment is quite small for three or more people. It's practically impossible to sit at the table and eat in the kitchen but the balcony can be used if the weather is fine. The location is neither the best nor the worst in terms of attractions. There are several bus stos, but in Rome it's not very convenient in general (there were several cases where the bus simply didn't stop at the bus stop).
Perfect little studio in the best area of Ponte Milvio
Liked: Small but very well organized, with the bed cleverly separated by a bookshelf and an additional sofa bed. We stayed in three and were comfortable. Bright, warm, with a lovely terrace and everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Three flights of stairs, but absolutely manageable. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Well worth a visit!
Liked: Location, facilities and decor were to a high standard.
Disliked: Nothing, although some things needed a little maintenance. Some walls could do with a fresh kick of paint and the moka pot was missing a handle. No big deal.
Will definitely be back again
Liked: Stoped a couple of times here when we come for the Rugby. Perfect location, shop round the corner and a lovely balcony to sit on
