  Ideal location but pulling your luggage across piazza was not great. Expensive not sure it’s worth it

  Liked: Great location and clean room.

  Disliked: Was told I had early check in, received email confirmation. Upon arrival that was not the case. After traveling for 12 hours you would like to relax. Had to wait 2.5 hours and my tour, scheduled around this, was then rushed. The girl advised to guarantee early check in I should have booked the nite before 😂. ($700)

  Great location, expensive, but not on par with high end hotels

  Liked: The location is great, the staff are good. The rooms are a but funky, but they are clean and all works well. But it is expensive, on a par with costs at high end hotels.

  Disliked: We had to book breakfast every day and were admonished when we didn't, we decided to eat elsewhere on the 3-5th day of our stay.

  Perfect location to explore Rome. Comfortable suite and rooftop area for breakfast, we enjoyed our stay very much

  Liked: Excellent location in navona piazza, very comfortable suite, good bed and shower. Lovely roof top area for breakfast. Food for breakfast was healthy and tasty. Suite set in lovely building.

  Elegance, luxury and peacefulness. A dream stay

  Liked: Everything, the exquisite elegance, the peacefulness despite being on Piazza Navona, the history and majesty of the original building, the rooftop bar for aperitivo and cocktails and the wonderful staff especially Christine

  Disliked: It was heaven, best bed I’ve ever slept in I felt like royalty.
