Liked: Excellent location. Great cleanliness of room. Good communication & airport. Transfer service
Disliked: Would have been nice if coffee machine was in room. I had to fill the machine up in the hallway with our own water bottles and often the machine needed emptying of pods and created a mess with excess coffee etc. If was within room I would have emptied regularly to avoid mess.
Liked: Smooth check in, they contacted me on whatsApp and even made room available several hours before check in time. Very good location eg bus direct to near vatican group tour meeting spot and it was easy with toddler. Great ruins in front of the apartment, fantastic place.
Good and convenient for a quick pit stop stay

Liked: It was right down town Rome. The location made many of the sites walkable and the streets felt clean and safe in the area. The room was so clean and cozy.
Disliked: It is a different process to enter the hotel, but it was all about safety. A couple extra steps is worth the safety.
