Fabulous
Liked: Service was excellent! The guy in reception replaced our room for one night due to inconvenience, all very clean and location is great too
Disliked: The bed deacribed as double bed, but it was pretty small for us (2 persons) and there was significant noise in the floor - since the room was the same with the reception and breakfast
Liked: Excellent location. Top floor room with terrace was very quiet, very friendly staff who cared a ton to make our stay comfortable. Arrived late due to delay in flight and they accommodated late check in.
Disliked: Lots of stairs but not something you can avoid in historic buildings in center of Rome. Had an elevator though.

Liked: Central location. great communication regarding late check in. Super friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: The way the shower was designed/ constructed allowed for a lot of water to get on the floor, shower was placed in the room. Also wouldn’t reckoned the shower for ppl with poor balance as it was very slippery. Sexy frosted glass with view from the bed tho …

Liked: The room is very clean and the staff are welcome.
Disliked: Even considering the room has a/c, it was really hot. The room is big and the a/c was not sufficient considering the weather. When I booked the suite, one of the options I take care of was to book a hotel with AC, so it was a little disappointing. But this is the only thing I can mentioned. Everything else was good.
Liked: Great location and lovely staff. We were lucky to have booked a balcony.
Disliked: The fact that staff only had designated hours which meant we checked in "after hours ". It was very difficult to find the room as a result. We had a loft room which had a iron stairs up and a sliding iron wall which didn't always feel the most secure. The room was clean but had some debris around the place
