Guest reviews
Very good
It was fine but very expensive for what it was
Liked: Very convenient to all amenities
Disliked: The room was very small especially the bathroom. On the same floor we could hear the people nextdoor coughing and using their bathroom
Rome is beautiful
Liked: Location was great
Disliked: Air conditioner not properly working
Would absolutely come back but little bit of TLC needed
Liked: Room was well presented and easy to access. Staff very friendly, efficient and helpful. Check in and check out procedures were very straightforward. Bed was comfortable and a good size for two people. Free shampoo/shower gel was a nice bonus. Excellent location and overall a well maintained property.
Disliked: Room felt small for what we paid. Air conditioner didn’t bring the temperature down more than 1-2 degrees even when following all instructions on hotel paperwork. Mini fridge wasn’t very cold. The toilet cistern and air conditioning unit had water dripping from it with some mould visible. WiFi signal wasn’t very consistent so would recommend having data too.
Liked: Very close to everything
Disliked: Apartment is small not enough storage no shelf in bathroom
Liked: Great and quiet place, great location, everything within walking distance. Lots of cafes and pizzerias nearby. The hotel is impeccably clean. Cleaning was done every day. Towels were changed every day. Everything was just super. I especially liked that safety was taken into account - this is the most important thing. Special thanks to the girls at reception - Vanessa and Irena. Thank you for your care and attention. We really liked everything. We will definitely come back.
Disliked: Все отлично
Liked: Good staff very helpful ful especially Vanesa
