Exceptional
Love the hotel and staff - highly recommend it - but note location is very busy with tourists
Liked: The hotel is beautifully designed with taste and class. First rate. The staff, one of the best. Highly attentive and helpful. Food and preparation for breakfast was first rate. One of the best hotels I have stayed in.
Disliked: There is nothing you can do about the location - but I found it too busy -that is the only thing I would have changed. Too many tourist because it is located at the Trevi Fountain. But once you are in side - it's heaven!

Fantastic stay at a lovely hotel with well-designed rooms and a superb staff!
Liked: The hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms are spacious, elegant and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful! It was so nice to able to order quality food from a menu rather than the typical European hotel buffet! But the stand out feature of the property is the staff! Every single person we encountered was professional and went out of their way to provide assistance. At departure time, it was impossible to get a taxi to the train station because there was a half marathon in progress. Giovanni and a colleague helped us get our luggage all the way to the metro station! They even accompanied us to the platform so that we didn't have to carry our bags down the stairs. They truly went above and beyond! We will definitely return!
Disliked: While replenished daily, water in the room was limited to a few small bottles. I am sure we could have requested more if needed though. While the location is perfect for walking, it was difficult to get a taxi or an Uber close the the hotel.

We loved our stay at this luxurious boutique hotel in the heart of Rome!
Liked: A gorgeous hotel with an amazing staff! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The entrance is on a busy pedestrian street, and there was a little daytime street noise in our room, but very quiet at night. The room was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and served in a beautiful space. Highly recommend Maalot Roma!
