Very good
Good
Liked: Location was good. Clean
Disliked: Noise level at night
The location is superb. The room is comfortable and satisfying
Liked: The room fully fulfilled my needs in Rome. Although no staff is on hand, the electronic messaging providing initial access to the room on arrival worked perfectly. The daily servicing of the room is exquisite.
Despite requesting earlier check-in numerous times, our room was not available until 3pm. We had travelled 24 hours from
Liked: Location, cleanliness and host Daniel’s was lovely.
Disliked: Our room was very small, cramped & dark. No outlook - as was on street level. There was no one on reception to assist with much at all.
Good hotel in great location
Liked: I chose Via Giulia as I know it’s a great location to walk to everywhere, but a quiet road so very convenient. Bed was comfortable, good shower and coffee facilities in the room. Check in is all managed remotely but when I rang them I had an answer and help straightaway.
Disliked: In person check in would have been a little easier but then would be more expensive.
Not recommended – because money was stolen from our room
Liked: The location is excellent. It is convenient to get to the city center and Trastevere. Clean rooms and good air conditioning.
Disliked: The safe wasn't working when we arrived, and cash that had been well-hidden in a suitcase was stolen. Unfortunately, we didn't get any cooperation regarding a thorough investigation of the matter; we were simply advised to search more carefully. Furthermore, the room was small and cramped for three people—though, honestly, after the theft incident, that mattered less.
Little gem in the heart of Rome
Liked: The property was located within easy reach to all major tourist attractions, it was clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay there!
