Exceptional
It regained the trust I lost from being victim of fraud from a property before this one. Excellent!
Liked: Though some may say it is far from the city centre where the attractions are, it is conveniently located near a bus depot/terminal where we can ride to the city centre. It was highly appreciated as we have an elderly and a toddler with us so bus seats from the apartment are guaranteed for them. Also, facilities of the property are definitely a plus with us saving some time and money as we can cook/heat up our meals before the very early departures to the busy attractions around the city. Lastly, the communication with the host was impeccable. She even tried to sort out our concerns right away especially when we were looking for a lost accessory when we realized it upon arriving home.
Disliked: None. Our stay was perfect and I could not say anything I did not like about it.
Spacious apartment with nice gardens
Liked: The flat is spacious and has two bathrooms, which is very convenient. The bus depot is just in front of the building. The building itself is surrounded by very nice inner gardens.
Disliked: The air condition is only in the kitchen. However, we were there in September, so it was not boiling hot and managable.
Liked: The place was in a very beautiful compound.
Liked: Lovely and central for what we wanted.
Disliked: Shower door was broken and no tea towels for dishes.
Liked: The apartment was perfect for our stay.Very clean and equipped with all necessary and more. The host was very helpful and corresponded at any time whenever we need something. All perfect!!
Liked: Big, clean, safe residential neighborhood near the Tiber river. The apartment complex is really nice and safe. It's a bit far from downtown if you're only walking, and don't have a car. There is no metro line that goes to the neighborhood, so might have to take the bus or rent a city bike.
