Exceptional
Good if you are on a tight budget and couldn’t find something better in the region
Liked: The location is ok, close to a subway station but not the best location in the region
Disliked: Paper thin walls, bathroom is very old, bad shower pressure. The whole room is very old. I don’t like the location that much but it is walking distance from the subway.
5 night stay
Liked: The bed was comfortable, staff is very friendly and the location is excellent. The room is also very nicely decorated. There is a common kitchen with pretty much everything you need to cook.
Disliked: The walls are a bit too thin, you could easily hear other guests. It didn't really bother us too much, though.

Okay for a few days / budget option
Liked: Metro station is conveniently close by and the room was reasonably clean and made to be homely / cosy, nice enough for a cheaper alternative base but wouldn’t stay for more than a few days
Disliked: Outdated style - bathroom could do with an update and overall general style could be modernised - you could tell it had been cleaned but the style made it not look clean if that makes sense, bathroom is very cramped with a noisy vent that was also dripping water next to the toilet (think it was connected to the AC), AC unit itself is quite loud and while it kept the room cool enough it wasn’t massively effective, only windows to the room lead directly on to the street / main road which is noisy if you want to keep windows open for fresh air (they do have shutters and bars so privacy isn’t an issue), bed was reasonably comfy but there was only one pillow each and the fabric headboard is questionable, distance to the city centre could become annoying (hence only recommending a few days here) metro is fast enough but can see the benefit of paying a bit more to stay in the centre, slightly strange vibe not seeing the hosts the whole time as it was all self check-in/check-out
Liked: Fast response from the host and the stay was comfortable with all the facilities you need.
Nice apartment, super location, friendly host
Liked: I like the thematic design of the apartments. Also the self check-in was easy and the communication with the host was fast and pleasant. The location provide everything that you want plus fast connection to the historic center of Rome via metro.
Disliked: There is nothing I didn't like
