Great front desk staff and close to Termini and good restaurants

Disliked: Air conditioning was turned off in the building
Don’t think to go to Moderna or in general BZAR group at all
Liked: The staff were nice and kind but they couldn’t solve an issues I faced.
Disliked: Almost everything: 1- You can’t sleep without the window closed and the AC system is off so either you sweat to death or you sleep without the max noise ever. 2- On Saturday and Sunday after breakfast don’t dream about a cup of coffee so just make sure not to stay in the hotel for a minute after that. 3- The shower fan generate explosive sounds. 4- No coffee in the room. 5- The price is too high for what they offer.

Disliked: Bathroom was really old and the room was depressingly dark.

A fine place to stay if you're likely to be out sightseeing
Liked: The staff were excellent, especially Emma on reception who was super personable and made checking in easy. There was a good spread at breakfast and adequate room. I got a free upgrade on my room when I checked in (thanks to Alexandra) which meant I had a very large room which overlooked the square outside. Free tours and experiences were available from reception, which was a nice touch.
Disliked: The decor in the room seemed a little bit off - bright green flooring, purple furniture and off-purple walls. Compared to the other hotels I stayed in Italy this summer, it didn't quite hit the 4 star quality in terms of rooming. Also, this hotel communicates A LOT. 5 emails and 5 text messages in the space of around 4 days demanding I check in online, wanting to know what time I'm checking out, etc. It all seemed a bit unnecessary.
