Exceptional
Liked: Close to all amenities
Beautiful property in a great location
Liked: Nice and clean, loved the little sitting area by the window.
Disliked: Very firm bed.
Extremely unfriendly and aggressive owner, we had to stay somewhere else
Liked: Centrally located.
Disliked: I admit, it was my misunderstanding to think this was a hotel with a reception, as the first message I received was a typical generic “welcome to stay with us, when will you be arriving”. On the day the owner messaged and asked again and I said around 5 pm, due to traffic we only arrived at 6 pm, which I also updated him on. Still I thought there is someone at reception as on Google it’s listed as a hotel. When we arrived the owner was extremely unfriendly and hostile, I tried to explain that I didn’t understand that there is someone waiting for us rather than that there is a reception and he was angrily asking how I could think it’s a hotel for that price and so on, talking to me in a very diminishing way. My boyfriend then asked him for respectful communication as we had traveled all day and this made the owner see red. Here he already got really loud and then said it’s better we stay somewhere else. I mentioned a bit shockingly that we will leave a review and he said “I don’t care, leave your review, there will always be more people arriving”. In the end I think this was the better solution, especially as when we were leaving he was kicking towards my boyfriend as we were getting out. Take this as a warning that this man is highly unpredictable and aggressive, and I would recommend to stay somewhere else.
A clean and comfortable room in a great location with friendly staff
Liked: Good location with a nice view over the street from the window chairs. Nice friendly staff. Nice tea room with coffee, fresh water, tea and packaged croissants supplied. The decor of the place created the ambience of Rome.
Perfect
Liked: The location was more than perfect, the Staff was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. I high recommend Nakissa.
Great loction, friendly staff
Liked: The location is amazing!! Right next to the Colosseum, Monti area, and close to lots of great cafés, restaurants and bars. It’s also only a few minutes walk from the metro station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped me with an early check-in, and I was also able to leave my luggage securely after check-out. The room was clean, and the shower had great water pressure! (No shampoo or conditioner were provided, only soap).
Disliked: The place is a bit old, but still was great for what I needed.
