Exceptional
A beautiful and inviting apartment and supportive owner and staff
Liked: It was spacious, well appointed, comfortable beds, two big screen TVs, all kitchen items available. Very helpful owner when we had an issue with the TV remote.
Disliked: If you take the Metro it would be helpful to have clear instruction as to the appropriate exit to take and suggestions on how to get to the apartment. We took a taxi and worked well.

Liked: Very clean, secure, welcoming environment. Easily accessible to transportation. The host is vey attentive and has everything automated (we just had a mini learning curve after using so many ancient keys everywhere else!). The apartment has everything you need and I was a very comfortable stay. Even has a washing machine there and a pool! Had a great swim!

Liked: Lovely apartment in a quiet complex in a quiet area, excellent transport links. Metro is about 10 minute walk from property as is the drop off for the airport transport bus!! Bed was so comfy, pool amazing

Liked: The apartment is clean, stylish with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner is very professional and always ready to help.
Disliked: Nothing related to the apartment but the bus service in this part of Rome is very unreliable and delay and cencellations are quiet common. No issues if you have a car at your disposal.
A great place to relax after a long walk in the city
Liked: The apartment was spacious and clean. The sofa bed was already prepared when I checked in and it was very comfortable. Two bottles of water, tea bag and candies were provided which was much appreciated after flying into Rome at night. Had great communication with the host to ensure everything was ok. I had some trouble with the digital lock coming back from dinner and the host was quick to reply and resolve my issue. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.
Disliked: Sometimes it was a little bit hard to find a parking space in the fenced parking lot. However, the residents are coming and going often and just needed to wait a little to get an open spot.
Extremely comfortable and beautiful accommodation well connected for a cruise around Rome
Liked: It was a long trip for us! But only place that we stay longer than we expected to be - is Rome and apartment - Nonna Cocchina House Rome close to Vatican City! The interior design of the apartment is extremely beautiful and our stay was more than pleasant. There is a coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and a complete kitchen at your disposal (as well as lots of books and children's toys, if you are traveling with small children). When staying in spring or summer, drinking coffee on the balcony is a pleasure. For all those that come to Rome by car the benefit is that apartment is close to the main highway, it has secluded parking that is not on the street (within the fenced perimeter of the apartment building). It is great for family with kids! Less than 20 minutes’ walk to the metro station (Cornelia) and from there the Rome is on your disposal! If you do not want to walk - bus connection to the center is almost in front of the driveway and busses are frequent even during the weekends (we did not use it even with 3 small kids - we walked). When you walk to or from the metro station you have possibility of shopping for anything that you will need for your stay. And best of all - home design is great - apartment that you don't want to leave (even when you have the Rome close to you)!
