Exceptional
Liked: The room was quite nice and clean, and fresh towels were provided every day.
Disliked: Overall, the room itself was well kept, but the lack of a private bathroom attached to the room and the fact that we were not informed about it beforehand made our stay less comfortable than expected. Also, please note it can be very noisy as window is facing the street.
Liked: All of it
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: The location is convenient and the staff are friendly, but everything else was disappointing.
Disliked: The private bathroom was located outside the room and had to be accessed with a key, which was not disclosed at the time of booking and is unacceptable. The breakfast offering was also very poor, consisting of just a single croissant.
Great location to visit all Rome has to offer
Liked: Communication, location, cleanliness
Disliked: Loved it all
Liked: Location
Everything was absolutely fine – the accommodation was clean and quiet, with plenty of clean towels, a very kind and hel
Liked: Excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from the Vatican and very close to the metro. The accommodation is well equipped, with the possibility to make coffee and tea, and the breakfast was more than sufficient. The host was extremely kind and helpful and even allowed us to check in early in the morning, which we really appreciated. The place was quiet, very clean, and comfortable. We felt truly welcomed and would happily stay here again.
Disliked: Everything was absolutely fine. The towels were clean and there were plenty of them, which we really appreciated. The only small thing we missed was shower gel, but otherwise everything was perfect
