Fabulous
Excellent stay that exceeded our expectations
Liked: This was our best stay in Rome so far. We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite, which was superb. There were little details during our stay that elevated the whole experience, from welcome biscottis or cherry tart to a nice little gift when we left. The decoration, the materials, the attention from the staff, all spoke of excellent hospitality. We'd love to stay there again.
Disliked: Nothing-- it is just worth noting that the hotel is very close to the busy Termini station, and the area can be a bit sketchy by night.

Liked: We were upgraded to this very spectacular room. It was phenomenal. The location cannot be beat if using rome Termini. Staff were very accommodating. It was a special stay.
Disliked: The bed was very hard, and the sheets are not soft.
