Great location and top class service
Liked: Spacious room with comfy bed, great bathroom and amenities. Staff were so helpful throughout the stay and couldn’t do enough for us and the kids.

The hotel has the kind of decor I like, and I enjoy this family room
Amazing hotel and lovely staff … also the location of the hotel is amazing
Liked: Luxury, clean and the location
Disliked: A-bit expensive
Not quite the level of accommodation we are anticipating given the cost.
Liked: The location was good being close to the Piazza Del Popolo. Access was by an old but operational 19th century passenger lift. The room was clean.
Disliked: We were adjacent a common courtyard and we could hear talking and laughter into the late hours of the night.
Liked: This is my second, and probably not last time, staying at this hotel. As a solo female traveler, I felt very save - not just in the hotel itself but in the vicinity of the hotel too. Fabulous area for restaurants and shopping! Highly recommend!!
