Lovely apartment, Andrea is friendly, handy location for the stadium
Liked: Bed was comfortable and the shower was spotless. Andrea met us at the apartment and showed us round. He was very friendly. We chose this area as we were heading to the stadium for the rugby, very handy, short walk. There is a supermarket round the corner. Air conditioning was very good. We liked that breakfast was included downstairs in the cafe on the corner.
Disliked: We hadn't realised that there wasn't a microwave in the apartment, the kitchenette was basic. There were some building work noise on the Saturday but everything else was spot on

Liked: Comfortable pillows and bed, location was perfect for stadium, hot decent shower, lots of little extras

Liked: Great location and value if you're going to any nearby concerts and a short trip to the Vatican, Castel Saint'Angel and the fountains. Andre is very kind and accommodating, we arrived late and he stayed up to wait for us.
Disliked: It's not a hotel per say, don't go into it thinking it is, but it is a very luxurious room in a fair price.
