Exceptional
Unexceptional
Liked: Good location.Excellent food.Very welcoming staff. The Lebanese manager is very generous and exceptional.I recommend this property for you.
Disliked: Nothing
The perfect stay for work or turism
Liked: Rooms are pretty new, clean, large and very comfortable. At Breakfast you have multiple choices, just like international breakfast but also several kind of croissants Bathroom is well maintained and clean. Resturant in the evening is also very good, and average prices for being an hotel restaurant. Gym is pretty new, is big, and has lot of machines. They also have a SPA but I never tried. Staff is very nice, always available
Disliked: All good actually, Despite the hotel location is great, it is among Termini Station and Fiumicino Airport, public transports are not immediately closed, that is unfortunate. However, hotel has a super fast way to get a taxi in few minutes, so well done also in this case.
Liked: It is large and well run. Good service Easy to get a bus into central Rome
Disliked: In thr bedroom there was an infinity mirror which freaked me out a bit. When you do the nail on mirror test … it just made Me feel uncomfortable
Superb! Would highly recommend to anyone!
Liked: Very comfortable stay. Spacious rooms. Complementary snacks and wine in a room. We even got complementary breakfast for the whole family! Very impressive choices at breakfast: continental, Middle Eastern options etc. and importantly good quality coffee from a bartender, not just from some coffee machine.
Disliked: A bit far from the centre, but you can get around by a bus or a taxi
Liked: Staff Room Spa
Disliked: Bit outside city had to get lot taxis
The hotel was acceptable, but it didn't feel like a great value for the money
Liked: Staff are very kind, there were welcome fruits placed in the room.
Disliked: The facility is a little old.
