Wonderful colloseum location!
Liked: It was very nice & the room looked like the picture. When you walk outside you can see the Colosseum - so close! For those complaining about no elevator, there are only 2 floors, the main level & 1 floor up. Several little lounges about. Wonderful location.
Excellent and the staff were exceptional
Liked: Its location and very safe. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Not a variety for breakfast!
Good location, no value for money, bad service
Liked: Nice room, good location
Disliked: I had a late Checkin at midnight. I made this clear in advance. Still, I had to wait at the door for 10min, as the doorbell didn’t work. No hot water. I had to do my shave with cold water. Not in for the rate they would like to have.
Good stay overall
Liked: Clean and modern, comfortable and nice staff. Let us leave our things in the hotel after check out. Safe hotel
Disliked: Said it was our wedding anniversary and nothing special was done, not even a note… slightly expensive for the size of the room
