Fabulous
Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service and Security Concerns
Liked: The only think I like this property was the location and it was close to the historic part of Rome
Disliked: I had a very disappointing experience staying at this property in Rome. The customer service was extremely poor. When I arrived, I had difficulty finding the building and repeatedly called and texted the person responsible for guest assistance. Unfortunately, I received no response for nearly two hours. As a visitor unfamiliar with the area, this was very frustrating and stressful. Additionally, before my arrival, I specifically requested a safe deposit box for my room because I was traveling for business and carrying important documents and personal belongings. The representative assured me that one would be provided, but it never was. As a result, I was forced to carry my valuables with me throughout Rome, which was both inconvenient and concerning from a security standpoint. Due to the lack of support and the failure to provide basic accommodations that were promised, I decided to check out early and move to another property where I could feel more secure. I contacted the representative and requested a refund for one unused night, but my request was denied. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my stay and would not recommend this property. Rome offers many other accommodations with professional, responsive staff who genuinely care about their guests.
Liked: The place is enough for 2-3 day vacations. It is cheap for Rome, even if it is a bit far away from the very central locations, we reached with a bust to everywhere.
Disliked: The area made us feel a little unsafe. There was a photo of a thief at the entrance.
Liked: We felt secure
Disliked: It says that the room offers cleaning service but our sheets were dirty every day, they didn’t change them as well as the towels, the floor hasn’t been cleaned since we got there and the coffee machine was broken and never fixed. It doesn’t offers what it says.
It was a good modesty stay
Liked: Good and quiet area, close to metro and Roma Terminal.
Disliked: We didnt t have heat, the sheets were stained, rust and mold in the bathroom. No smart tv
Disliked: Lack of being able to speak in person to a any member of staff. Only texting or phoning was possible and we sent a couple of questions which were never answered.
Overall ok but some issues
Liked: position, staff Paolo was helpful and responded to our requests. Bed was good.
Disliked: the room was a cold on arrival, no heating beside the a/c which has some odour problem in heating mode. One night we were without hot water. The bathroom has issues - mirror broken, hair dryer working only for a few seconds. Maintenance not sufficient. Not consistent with rating described. The last night we were left without bathroom towels and we had to find ourselves some in the common area. The lighting shown in pictures was not available. Overall not consistent with the shown rating. We asked for cancellation of first night but we got no reply from the owners.
